Training Edge Academy is a hockey development program led by experienced Bay Harbor coaches, focused on building complete players on and off the ice.

THE TRAINING EDGE FACILITY
The Training Edge Facility is a multi-purpose, open-concept training space built for hockey-specific development and overall athletic performance.

Located in the Skating Edge South parking lot, the facility features a rubberized indoor training area designed for strength, speed, agility, mobility, and small-group instruction. The flexible layout allows coaches to run efficient, high-tempo sessions that complement on-ice training.

The facility also includes an outdoor shooting lane with synthetic ice tiles, giving players a dedicated space to work on shooting mechanics, puck handling, and repetition-based skill development.

Together, the indoor training space and outdoor synthetic ice lane create a complete off-ice development environment for hockey players.
